We are your Capoeira training center. If you're willing to put the time and effort into maximizing your learning experience & fitness results, you need the right people to partner with you. We're here to get you going and will provide the support you need to help you progress at your pace along the way.
Capoeira and Community
We have provided programming to thousands of youth, teen, and adult students over the years. With each student the community grows and there's a sense of family that eventually takes on it's own meaning for each student.
Mentoring Youth
We believe that mentoring youth and teens is critical to their mental and physical development. They learn to conquer the physical demands of training and the mental demands of overcoming their perceived limitations; and more!
